Description:
Client is looking for a motivated and versatile database analyst to assist the database management team in:
Conducting outcomes analyses for services, including:
* creation of case-studies to support client-targeted sales presentations
* on-going outcomes reporting for specific client programs
Evaluating and reporting upon program performance statistics for client services
Monitor database to ensure overall data integrity
Applying and improving processes for data capture and reporting to assist in the identification of opportunities and priorities for service development and enhancement
Manage the execution of a pre-defined set of analyses and reports
Act as resource for fielding data inquiries from other employees
Manage systems designed to select relevant and engaged audiences for programs
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Analytical Mindset
Strong Communications Skills
T-SQL query language (important)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Assets
Professional or academic experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
Experience in data analysis that supported sales or marketing initiatives
NOTE: Please be advised that while this position requires extensive database work, it is a marketing position. Computer programming skills will not be utilized.
